My goal is to collaborate with you to help you find the best version of yourself. I believe every client is unique and I take my time to understand who you are and what you need from therapy. I incorporate a variety of evidence-based skills into my practice, such as Mindfulness, Solution-Focused strategies, Holistic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques. These skills and techniques support and help treat conditions such as anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, depression, and personal enrichment. I believe however, I emphasize the therapeutic relationship with warmth, compassion, and collaboration.
